Communication with new members

How easy is your club to get in contact with? How would a potential new member find your club? Does your local council have your details (ring and test!)

Over the next few weeks, Horse SA will be contacting all clubs in SA (if you think your club is not on the Horse SA database.. let us know!)  with the view to

• developing a “calendar of events” looking forward 3 months and club contacts which will then have some graphic design done and then can be used as a promotional tool by all horse groups and organisations to help get people back and going again. So current websites, working emails, faxes and a short description about what your club does will feature.

• help will also be given for clubs regarding filling out event registration forms if needed

• cross-checking of information relating to our equestrian asset database, of which a copy can be found under Horse SA – club resources heading

• Annual shows and events are also invited to be listed

Some clubs have yet to hold committee meetings since EI outbreak, so if this is your club, perhaps call people together for a coffee and think about what you would like to do to get going again
