SPECIAL HOME NEEDED- 12.1hh 18yo Chestnut Welsh Gelding. Photo taken this August at gawler APSB Childs Hack show and he will possibly be at Breedorama show at Gawler on Saturday, always comes home with firsts and seconds. Miffen needs a new caring and understanding home. He is a good pony most of the time, however due to his lack of trust in life he will sometimes be a little nervous in some situations. He has never bucked or bolted under saddle and my 9yo daughter has learned to ride on him. she has gone from lead rein with him to independant riding, but he is best suited as a lead rein pony for non confident riders/beginners. he will stand all day at a hack show, in and out of the ring and always does as he is asked. He doesn't get fizzy in walk trot ring. Miffen is a good boy on the trail when ridden out with another horse/pony and can be led from another horse. He is great to float, easy to catch with food and has regularly attended pony club, however novelties and jumping is not his thing as he may occasionally shy at things under foot. He is showing some early signs of cushings, but this has not been confirmed and he does shed his coat come spring. we have owned him for almost 2 years, but we have purchased a new pony that will hopefully take my daughter to the next stage in learning to jump and compete in novelties at pony club. he does require regular hoof trimming every 5-6 weeks. Has been clipped before.Kind knowledgable home only.

Ben - Chestnut 4yo with some white. Unraced, this horse was not broken when I got him. He lunges, has been mouthed, long reined and backed with just walking in yard, shows no signs of bucking or bad temper. Lovely horse on the ground and with work would make someone a lovely riding companion. I bought these horses to train and resell over summer but due to unforseen circumstances am now selling property and will not have room for them when I move.

hi there i have a 16hh black brown tb gelding for sale. he wouldn't be suitable for showing as his only vice is floating, and he hates floats, will rear up and try to run away at the sight of them. when my friend purchased him he was sedated so he would load, and he loaded fine, but after we re-educated him- HE IS A VERY NICE BOY TO RIDE, we could not load him on the float to go to a show. he would be ok to pc, if the pc was in walking distance and he is good on quiet roads. he is great on the ground and a sook, and has nice flowing movment under saddle which is why it's such a shame he doesn't like floating as he would have made a great hack or dressage horse! we clipped him two months ago to show him this season, but we don't have the time or money to give him floating lessons. he has been out of work all winter so will be green when you first work him. if you are keen on him then you will need some one very knowledgeable and strong as well as a light sedative to get him on the float, he comes with his combo rug. we are looking only to recover our costs on getting him here and re-educated which is $500 may neg a price.. urgent sale too many horses not enough feed.. 0448765144 Email: appi_chik111@hotmail.com
