Standard 2 horse float, tows beautifully, fits 2 big tbs in easy. Has recently been repainted and rustproofed only the roof remains ( I have run out of time) has always been shedded whilst I've owned the float until 4 weeks ago. Wood floor is in excellant condition and both the floor and side walls are rubberised. In december 07 the following work was completed: -All new bearings on all 4 wheels -1 new axle -New master cylander and complete new front end (tow ball etc) -New brakes and lights -New tailgate. - also window put in front door in january an new hinges - all new springs - 2 tyres with all new wheel nuts Total came to over $2500 This float is old but is in pretty good nic and has been well looked after, it does have a small amount of rust appearing in the roof but I havent got to fixing it yet, it also had a centre divider until it was stolen and would not hard to weld one up to fit. Ran out of rego 1 week ago but am willing to sell with 3 months rego.

Taylors wooden horse float: For sale as I no longer have a horse and therefore can't justify renovating it myself. Standard 2 horse straight load, also comes with single full width bum bar as we have been using it as a single horse angle load. This float needs some TLC as the wood in the walls needs replacing. I have been using it with well behaved horses that don't scramble until last month, however I would not put a kicker or scrambler in it without replacing the walls. I haven't tested it with two horses but used it frequently with a 650kg warmblood. Requires towing car to be set up for electric brakes.

I have for sale a home made double horse float which I have no use for anymore. It needs a bit of work aesthetically and would be a great project for somebody that wants to do up a float, but I don't think it needs any major work. It is useable. There is some rust and a couple of the hard wood boards on the floor do need to be replaced (only along the side of the floor). It fits two 15.2 hand horses fine and has removable chest bars. Bays measure 167 cm x 72 cm each and length of chest bar to front door is 94 cm. Registered until June 2009. Can email photos. Asking $2100. Location Cressy, Victoria.
