Originally imported from England by the late Mr Clem Wilson who used it with his Landau in the 1970's-80's and sold by him at his auction. It has not been on a horse since. It has been stored in an airtight trunk until now as you can see it has very ornate brass fittings and is extremely well made. Unfortunately the pole straps and reins are missing but could easily be reproduced. The asking price is $4750. This is less than it sold for 25yrs ago. It is the only one of its kind within Australia and was imported new from the USA in 2006. It was built to seat 11 but seats 8 more comfortably with plenty of space. The vehicle presents in 'as new' condition and the detail and quality of the build is hard to describe. Needs to be seen in the flesh.Has literally only ever been used once for a wedding of one of our friends, and has been used behind our pair of horses no more than 3 or 4 times. The vehicle was ordered with every option including 12 volt headlights, tail lights, left and right hand blinkers, hydraulic brakes and has all the charm of a carriage built from a time past, yet has all the benefits of a modern build which meets modern licensing criteria.
