There is an area on the property for you to do arena work, as well as an enclosed lunge yard for your use. Horse float storage by arrangement-no charge. Our rates are $25/week. Any feeds, yard cleaning, rugging etc is priced at $1.00 each. Property is safe, secure (you have your own key to access the property) and very relaxed, small and friendly atmosphere with only 7 stables and yards.

Our property is no five star property for horses, it is just 23 and a half acres of wide open paddocks and your horses would be able to experience what it is like to have so much land to wander around and eat in. your horse will have 3 other horses to be friends with and will get exercise just by walking around and eating most of the day. the best time to agist would be in spring time when all the fresh green spring grass appears. I purchased a horse early last year and he was under weight and after a few weeks during spring he looked shiny and fat and everyone said it was the best thing for him. we will be able to feed your horse for you as long as you provide the food and we can also exercise them if you provide the tack etc. and anything else your horse may need during its stay blankets grooming brushes etc. also there are a few restrictions.

-no stallions -no pregnant mares - horses must be good around other horses and animals

The mare is lovely and does not kick out and very gentle in nature. Very pleasant around children and adults alike. The colt is pretty much the same and has been around children since it was weaned from it's mother. Neither horse is aggressive nor bites. I really would appreciate any help that can be given by anyone to help me in this situation in taking these two horses for a short period with agistment contracts.
